For 20+ years, I have lived and worked in Boise to experience that small town feel. I am a runner at heart, having been able to train for and compete in 10 marathons so far in my life. I think there is nothing more beautiful than running through th Boise Greenbelt and neighborhoods in the early morning light. I have spent my first couple of years as an investor, buying and fixing up homes around Boise. I have a good sense of what a house can be, and understand the financial commitment associated with this purchase. Protection - I gift each of my clients who are purchasing an existing home a one year home warranty in order to provide coverage for possible needed future repairs after your purchase, to give you added peace of mind. In addition to that, I also place a warranty policy on your home when I list, that stays in place throughout escrow to closing, so that if anything goes awry with your systems currently in the home, it is also covered under the policy. My job means nothing to me without your comfort and satisfaction. 3. Giving Back - One last thing I would like to mention is that when you work with me, our business together aids in saving the lives of abandoned and abused animals who have been rescued through Paws Rescue, Inc. We together can do our part in helping to save these animals. I've made a promise to donate part of my paycheck to Paws Rescue, Inc. with every sale throughout the rest of my career.
